Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant
is to provide support to the Manager, Legal and Administrative
Services and the CEO.
Tasks
- Perform various secretarial and clerical duties, such as filing, typing, directing calls, taking phone messages; handling and screening of the incoming calls and making appointments;
- Compose of documentation, correspondence, and promotional material for directors;
- Prepare of PowerPoint presentation for the direction;
- Organize of travel arrangements;
- Draft documents, including legal contracts and agreements;
- Perform legal filing, photocopying, scanning & expense reports;
- Assist with the organization of board meetings;
- Execute all other related duties.
Skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
- Fluent English, and either Russian or Polish, both written and spoken.
- High level of self-motivation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsible, efficient, and organized working habits.
