Biloba, found most often in China and other parts of

Information
Vitamins and minerals are chemical substances that, together
with chemical substances received from herbs and amino acids,
are vital to the maintenance of normal body functions. Most
people obtain enough vitamins, minerals, herbal substances
and amino acids in their diet, but some people have deficiencies.
Serious nutritional deficiencies lead to diseases such as
pellagra and beriberi, which must be treated by a physician.
People who have an inadequate or restricted diet, people
who have certain disorders or debilitating illnesses, and
people with family history of vision disorders are among
those who may benefit from taking supplemental vitamins,
minerals and herbal complexes. Supplements are also useful
to people with special conditions, including the elderly,
shut-ins, alcohol users, smokers and those on very restricted
diets, who tend to be poorly nourished or have high cholesterol
levels.
Therapeutic
Indications
Adult Dietary Supplement. Can be taken by adults 18 years
and older as directed.
Contradictions
The use of tobacco and alcohol decrease absorption of vitamins
and minerals. There are no specific warnings or toxic symptoms
when taken as directed.
Warnings
Close tightly and keep away from children. Keep this product
out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose,
call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

Warnings
Not intended for pregnant women or those who are breastfeeding.
Recommended Intake
Take one (1) tablet a day with meal for adults and children
over 18 years old.
Expiration Date
Manufacturing and expiration date appears on the label or
bottle. After the expiration date some of the products ingredients
may diminish in strength.
How Supplied
Blisters of 60 tablets: NDC 362900-6470-60; blisters of 30
tablets: NDC 362900-6470-30. Blisters are packed in the carton
box.
Storage Condition
Store this product in its original packaging for 3 years.
Do not expose to temperatures above 30oC (86oF).
