VITRUM^® PRENATAL formula provides an "all in one" and "moderate" balanced combination of 13 different Vitamins and Minerals required by both Mother and Child before and during pregnancy and lactation. This formulation contains 800 mcg of Folic Acid, an essential B Vitamin that is recommended by the UK Department of Health for the prevention of birth defects (especially Spinal Bifida), for all women anticipating pregnancy and afterwards, up to the twelve week.

Vitamins and minerals are chemical substances that are vital to the maintenance of normal body functions. Therapeutic Indications
Adult Dietary Supplement. Can be taken by children 12 years and older as directed.

Contradictions
The use of tobacco and alcohol decrease absorption of vitamins and minerals. There are no specific warnings or toxic symptoms when taken as directed.

Warnings
Close tightly. Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

Special Warnings
There are no special warnings to be observed when taking this multivitamin and multimineral formula as described.

Recommended Intake
Take one (1) tablet daily with meal for adults and children over 12 years old.

Expiration Date
Manufacturing and expiration date appears on the label and box. After the expiration date some of the products ingredients may diminish in strength.

How Supplied
Bottles of 100 tablets: NDC 362900-2772-10, and bottles of 30 tablets: NDC 362900-2772-03. Bottles are closed with CRC caps with tamper-evident seal underneath the cap. A full-body clear seal is used.

Storage Condition
Store this product in its original packaging for 3 years. Do not expose to temperatures above 30^oC (86^oF).
