VITRUM^® VISION FORTE

A combination of vitamins and minerals specially formulated for the eyes for those who want to fortify their defense against vision deterioration due to advanced age, excessive daily eye strain, or genetic factors. Research shows that Lutein, usually found in dark green, leafy vegetables can reduce the harmful effects of daily eye strain and its antioxidant properties are essential for optimum eyesight. Since it is very difficult to consume enough Lutein through diet alone, each tablet of Vitrum Vision Forte provides over 6 mg of Lutein for healthy vision. Another ingredient of Vitrum Vision Forte is Bilberry Extract, a powerful antioxidant that has been shown to protect the retina and moderate nearsightedness as well as aid visual acuity.

Serious nutritional deficiencies lead to diseases such as pellagra and beriberi, which must be treated by a physician. People who have an inadequate or restricted diet, people who have certain disorders or debilitating illnesses, and people with family history of vision disorders are among those who may benefit from taking supplemental vitamins, minerals and herbal complexes. Supplements are also useful to people with special conditions, including the elderly, shut-ins, alcohol users, smokers and those on very restricted diets, who tend to be poorly nourished or have high cholesterol levels.

Therapeutic Indications
Adult Dietary Supplement. Can be taken by adults 18 years and older as directed.

Contradictions
The use of all tobacco and alcohol products decrease absorption of vitamins and minerals. Consult your physician on the effect of antibiotics and other medications you may be taking.

Warnings
Close tightly. Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

Special Warnings
There are no special warnings to be observed when taking this multivitamin and multimineral formula as described.

Recommended Intake
Take one (1) tablet daily with meal for adults over 18 years old.

Expiration Date
Manufacturing and expiration date appears on the label and box. After the expiration date some of the products ingredients may diminish in strength.

How Supplied
Bottles of 100 tablets: NDC 362900-2762-10, bottles of 60 tablets: NDC 362900-2762-06 and bottles of 30 tablets: NDC 362900-2762-03. A full body clear seal is used.

Storage Condition
Store this product in its original packaging for 3 years. Do not expose to temperatures above 30^oC (86^oF).
